Residents' training

We are pleased to offer you wide range of training opportunities. Our courses are always successful, well attended and popular with our residents.

All workshops are very informal and provide an opportunity for you to meet new people, learn new skills, gain more knowledge and have fun!Picture of residents learning how to plaster

Whatever your ability or experience you will be made very welcome. The workshops are open to all TMO residents, (Board Members, Residents’ Association Representatives, Committee Members, Members of Area Review Boards and residents who do not currently take part in Resident Involvement in any way).

All courses are free and lunch will be provided for full day courses. Financial assistance may be given for childcare arrangements.

  • Repairs training
  • Building better communities
  • Stress management and relaxation
  • Committee Skills training
  • Computer Skills training
  • National Certificate in Tenant Participation
