Then TMO2YOU could help you.

TMO2YOU is a Home Visiting Service that helps residents improve their quality of life. The service involves our staff making regular and planned visits to your home. During these visits we will:

  • Let you know about services available from the TMO that might benefit you
  • Ensure you are well and offer advice on other services related to health
  • Check that your Community Alarm Equipment works if you have any
  • Check the condition of your home and if necessary report repairs
  • Offer advice on budgeting and on getting benefits
  • Get other professionals involved who can help you continue an active and independent life.
