Lancaster West Residents

If you are a resident at Lancaster West, please report repairs to the reception at Grenfell Tower or by calling freephone 0800 614 660.

When you report a repair, we will either:

  • refer the issue to a caretaker (or surveyor) to carry out an inspection; or
  • make an immediate technical referral (for example, to a lift engineer).

Inspection by Caretaking Staff

These will take place within three days of your phone call, or within one day if it is an emergency.

Technical referrals

These are made for:

  • lift repairs
  • communal heating system repairs
  • wet and dry risers
  • asbestos removal.
