About change of tenancy

We recognise that there are circumstances where it may be necessary to change a tenancy, for example where someone gets married or wants to have a joint tenancy with a partner, mother/father or other relative.

If you wish to apply to change the tenancy or for a joint tenancy, please contact your Housing Officer, who will be able to explain the procedures to you and advise you further. Follow this link to find out how to contact your Housing Officer: www.kctmo.org.uk/HousingOfficers.
