Executive Team Profiles

The TMO is directed by a group of senior staff called the "Executive Team", under the leadership of the Chief Executive.

Helen Evans, Chief Executive

Helen joined the TMO in October 2007. She holds the general responsibility for all TMO staff and the Executive Team. She is responsible to the TMO Board for the effective leadership and performance of the company. She also holds executive responsibility for all its day-to-day operations.

Liam Good, Director of Technical Services

Liam joined the Royal Borough in July 1991 and transferred to the TMO in 1996. He holds overall responsibility for the Technical Services Group, the in-house team of engineers and surveyors who offer professional and technical services to the TMO and other organisations such as the Council's Social Services department.

Sheila Belgrave, Director of Housing Management & Business Improvement

Sheila holds overall responsibility for housing management services in borough. Her responsibilities include tenancy management, such as rent collection and dealing with anti-social behaviour, and estate services, such as estate cleaning and horticulture. She also has responsibility for the allocation service which includes the letting of empty homes as well as the supported housing service for more vulnerable residents. She joined the TMO in 2007. Jayne Woods, Director of Financial Services

Jayne joined the TMO in 2006. She has overall responsibility for the HRA Accounts, Company Accounts and Leasehold Services.
