The new TMO Leaseholder Handbook takes the form of a series of booklets, each dealing with one subject or a group of associated subjects, which should help answer any general questions you may have regarding your lease agreement or transfer document (for freehold properties), the associated legislation, and the services provided by the TMO and the Council.
