Management Fee Review


Following the 2007 Royal Borough Review into leasehold services it was agreed to carry out a review of the management fee charged for both day to day services and, more specifically, for major works. This review was extended to include consideration of payment options offered to the borough’s leaseholders and to consider the possible introduction of sinking funds.

The (draft) report was prepared by independent consultants, Housing Quality Network (HQN), and associated papers may be accessed and downloaded by clicking on the relevant links below. During the consultation period residents are invited to submit their views on the draft paper by contacting the leasehold services division at leaseholders@kctmo.org.uk
