
We aim to complete all repairs within the projected timescale (between 1 day and 28 days depending on the priority). When you report a repair, we will categorise the work as follows:
On occasions, things don’t go according to plan and the repair is not completed within target. If this happens to you, please contact Customer Services on 0800 137 111 and we will investigate this for you.
It is important that you let us have feedback about the repairs service generally or your individual repair. We need to know when things go well, or should you feel dissatisfied with our repairs service you should contact us to discuss the matter so the problem can be resolved to your satisfaction.
