Estate parking for non-residents and businesses

Non-residents and businesses are welcome to apply for parking spaces on our estates, however TMO residents are given priority.

When you apply, you may choose parking spaces in up to 3 areas. When we receive your application form, we will contact you by phone to let you know your position on the waiting list and we will issue you with a reference number.

When we are in a position to offer you parking, we will call you. If you accept a parking space, we will issue you with one permanent permit and one visitor’s permit. The visitor’s permit may be used by a visitor if they wish to park in your allocated space when you are not using it.

To end your contract with us, we ask that you give us one week's written notice and return both permits and any fobs or keys. Your account will not be closed until all these items are returned to the TMO Parking Section. Once your account is closed you must clear any outstanding debts.
