Parking Arrears

We ask that you pay parking space rents 3 months in advance. We will send you written reminders if your account falls into arrears.

If your account falls into arrears please make a payment or contact the TMO Parking Team to arrange to clear your arrears: 020 7838 5315 or 020 7838 5319.

Payment options:

  • By standing order: please contact Customer Services on 0800 137 111 to request a standing order form. Once you have filled in this form, please send to your bank or building society.
  • By giro: you can make payments through your bank or building society, post office or Town hall cashiers using cash or cheque. Please contact Customer Services on 0800 137 111 to request giro slips.
  • By phone: call the payment line on 020 7361 3868. Payment can be made by debit card.

Please quote or write your account reference number with all payments and keep proof of payment.
