A moving experience

This month sees another exciting development for the TMO when we move our Customer Services Centre, our Housing Management North team at Oxford Gardens and Kensal Estate Office to Network Hub, 300 Kensal Road W10 (Ladbroke Grove End).  

As you can imagine, it’s a large undertaking to get everything in place and this is how we are going to do it:-

Customer Services Centre will operate from Network Hub on Monday 19th March.  We are keeping the same number 0800 137 111.  We are working hard for a smooth transition but please bear with us if there are problems with the service.

Housing Management North will operate from Network Hub from Tuesday 20th March.  The offices at Oxford Gardens will close on Thursday 15th March.   At present we have not allocated telephone extensions to staff but you can contact your housing officers through the freephone number.  During the shut-down on Friday and Monday, you will also be able to contact staff through the freephone number.

Reception will be open at Network Hub on Thursday 22nd March.  At present, we will operate the same opening hours as the Kensal Estate Office (Tuesday 9.30am to 4.30pm, Thursday 1.00pm to 4.30pm and Friday 9.30am to 4.00pm) although we will be consulting with residents about extending opening hours in the near future.   There will be no reception facilities at Kensal Estate Office at 19 Golbourne Road after Thursday 15th March.   The nearest alternative reception will be the Town Hall Hornton Street which is open Monday to Thursday from 9.00am to 4.45pm and on Friday from 9.00am to 4.15pm.
