Following the Royal Borough Review into leaseholder services it was agreed to carry out a review of the management fee charged for both day to day services and, more specifically, for major works.  The draft report prepared by independent consultants, Housing Quality Network (HQN), is currently out to consultation and can be seen by clicking here
