Welcome to the main homepage for the TMO Allocation's Team.

The Allocations Team is responsible for finding new tenants for all the Council homes that become empty. We also register re-housing applications for tenants who wish to move.

New Allocations Scheme

A review of the Housing Allocations Scheme took place in 2005/2006.  The review is now available for you to read online.

Please note that the following schemes are no longer available:

  • The LAWN mobility Schmeme
  • The Seaside and Country Homes Scheme
  • Homeswap
  • Homes Mobility Scheme

You will need to make a new application for alternative mobility services if the other services meet your requirements.  For more information, please visit the Mutual Exchanges section of the website.
