Reporting Repairs

All repairs that the TMO may need to carry out can be reported to the Repairs and Customer Service Centre using the following methods:

Online

You can report repairs online quickly and easily using our online repairs reporting form.

By phone

You can report repairs on our freephone number 0800 137 111.

Normal hours are between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays. Outside of office hours you should only call us in an emergency.

By email

To report a repair, please email: repairs@kctmo.org.uk (not to be used in emergencies).
