Mutual Exchanges

A mutual exchange is where two tenants swap homes, and it can be a quick and easy way of moving home. The main advantage of mutual exchanges is that you get to choose who you exchange properties with.

The scheme is open to all tenants with secure tenencies.  If you are not sure whether you are not a secure tenant, please contact your housing officer who can tell you.

When you have found someone to exchange with, you must both complete TMO application forms:
